These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of go.nwconsultingusa.com (the "Site") and any content, free guides, emails, SMS messages, or other materials we provide (collectively, the "Services").

The Services are operated by Naked Warrior Consulting LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a Tennessee limited liability company with its principal address at 501 Castlewood Trail, Chattanooga, TN 37421.

By accessing the Site, providing your information, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

01.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

02.The Services Are for Information Only

All content on the Site, in our emails, in our SMS messages, and in any free guide we provide is for general educational and informational purposes only.

You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information you obtain through the Services.

03.Affiliate Relationship and Disclosure

Michael Cross is an Independent MAKE Wellness Affiliate. He is not a corporate representative, employee, or spokesperson of MAKE Wellness.

When you click certain links on the Site or in our communications, you may be directed to MAKE Wellness (themakeexperience.com or makewellness.com). If you make a purchase or sign up as an affiliate at those destinations, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.

Earnings as a MAKE Wellness Affiliate come from product sales to end consumers. Success varies highly from person to person, is not guaranteed, and depends on individual effort, time, and market conditions. Most Affiliates earn modest, or no income, and any examples shared are not typical. Company revenue does not equal income.

Recognized Affiliates have met specific performance criteria in the MAKE Wellness Compensation Plan. Achievements such as earned trips, awards, bonuses, and ranks require effort and compliance with company policy. Results are not typical, past performance does not guarantee future success, and good standing is required at the time awarded.

Any product purchase, return, refund, shipping issue, or affiliate enrollment dispute is handled by MAKE Wellness Corporate under their own policies. We are not responsible for transactions completed on MAKE Wellness platforms.

04.Communications You Authorize

By submitting your information through any form on the Site, you agree:

• To receive emails from us about wellness content, the free guide, product information, and updates. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
• If you provide your phone number and check the SMS consent box, to receive recurring SMS messages from us at the number provided. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Frequency: up to 4 messages per month. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

You confirm that any phone number you provide is your own or a number you are authorized to use, and that the consent you give applies to that number.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is dependent on your carrier's service and is not guaranteed.

05.Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and in our materials, including text, graphics, logos, free guides, and any educational resources we publish, are the property of Naked Warrior Consulting LLC or licensed to us, and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

You may view and download our free guide for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, modify, publish, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

MAKE Wellness, MAKE, the MAKE logo, and product names referenced on this Site are trademarks of their respective owner.

06.User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or impersonated information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any related systems
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Site without our permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security features
• Use any content from the Services to make medical claims about MAKE Wellness products

The Site contains links to third-party websites and services (including MAKE Wellness, Meta, and others). We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Your interactions with third parties are governed by their own terms and policies.

• The information on the Site is complete, accurate, or current
• Any specific result, health outcome, income, or rank will be achieved by following the content

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Tennessee, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by a notice on the Site or by email. Your continued use of the Services after a change becomes effective means you accept the updated Terms.
